Insulated cable

Two cable parcels of identical weight can differ by a factor of three in value. Gauge, insulation thickness, armouring, steel wire and the presence of aluminium conductor all move the recoverable yield, and the treatment route changes the cost.

We assess a representative cut, establish a yield percentage, and quote against that yield. Where a parcel is mixed, we price it in bands rather than averaging the whole lot down.
