How do you set the price?
Price is built from the relevant LME cash settlement reference, adjusted for the grade, the recovery and the preparation of the parcel. The basis is put in writing before collection, so you know exactly what you are agreeing to before the metal moves.
Who pays for transport?
It depends on the delivery basis agreed before collection. Ex-works means we arrange and bear the haulage from your gate; delivered means the price already includes it. Whichever applies is written into the terms before anything moves.
What documents do I need to provide?
A company extract or equivalent registration, a VAT number, identification for the signatory, and evidence of how the material arose. For cross-border movements we also prepare the transport and waste-transfer paperwork.
What is the payment term?
Settlement is by bank transfer once weights are reconciled against the weighbridge ticket and the file is complete. We do not settle in cash and we do not pay third parties on behalf of a counterparty.
Is there a minimum tonnage?
It varies by metal. High-value alloys such as bronze move in small parcels; aluminium and cable need enough volume to justify a dedicated collection. Send the details and we will tell you plainly whether it works.
What happens if the parcel is not what was declared?
We re-grade it and come back to you with the revised basis before anything is processed. Nothing is settled on a disputed weight or a disputed grade. The parcel stays identifiable until both sides agree.
Do you buy from private individuals?
No. We trade business to business only. Counterparties must be registered entities with a verifiable company extract and VAT number.
Which countries do you cover?
Europe is our core market and is coordinated directly from Geneva. We also trade into the United States, Asia and Australia, where the parcel size and the receiving facility make the freight work. Anything outside those regions is looked at case by case.
